We are pleased to announce a new feature on Usinet : company profile pages.
In the manufacturing field, precision is essential – not only in the shop, but also in the way companies present their capabilities and connect with talent. It is with this in mind that we launched company pages designed specifically for the machining and manufacturing industry.
A dedicated page for your shop
Companies can now create a dedicated profile page on Usinet to showcase their shop and make it easier for candidates and partners to discover them.
A company page allows you to:
- Present your shop and your expertise
- Upload a few (4) photos of the shop
- Display your job openings
- Highlight the technologies you use
- Indicate the materials you work with
- Share the processes your shop specializes in
- This allows candidates to gain a better understanding of your work environment before even applying.
Why this is important
Manufacturing skills are highly specialized. A machinist working with titanium on a 5-axis machine is not necessarily looking for the same opportunities as someone running high-volume aluminum production.
With a company page, shops can clearly present their capabilities, their work environment, and the technologies they use. Candidates can better understand the type of machining practiced in the shop and determine more easily whether the opportunity matches their experience.
It also allows clients and partners to discover companies and their expertise more easily.
Grow your shop’s presence on Usinet
If you run a shop, this is the perfect time to create your company page.
Setup takes less than a minute and allows the right people to find you more easily.
